The Cape House in Cape Traverse is the perfect place for a peaceful and enjoyable vacation on Prince Edward Island. The house is stunning with beautiful finishes, spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and cozy linens, gorgeous bathrooms, and a perfectly appointed kitchen with anything and everything you might need. The laundry facilities are great to help maintain the ample supply of clean beach and bathroom towels that were provided. 

The house is in a great location close to Confederation Bridge and the shops and restaurants at Gateway Village. It’s also in a location that allows you to get to Summerside in about 30 minutes and to Cavendish and Charlottetown in about 45 minutes. If you’re not in the mood to go anywhere, you can spend time on the beach splashing in the waves and exploring the tide pools with easy access to the water that is less than a 5-minute walk.

After a day sightseeing or beachcombing, fire up the grill for dinner and wait for the amazing views that appear as the sun sets behind the bridge. Great pictures can be taken from the upper balcony too.

Our family of six had more than enough space to spread out and we never felt like we were on top of each other. There was plenty of room to spare. Ryan and Cora were amazing hosts. They were very responsive and attentive and went out of their way to make sure the house was perfect and our stay was comfortable. We definitely will be back.
