Home of the original Gateway to Prince Edward Island and the historical Ice Boat crossings. Visit the Ice Boat Monument at 2623 Route 10, Cape Traverse. While there, cross the road and check out Ice Boat Rarities, a unique antiques shop with much to see!

Guests can access the beach by stairs or boat slip located steps from the house. For tide information, click the button below.

Visit Gateway Village in Borden for shopping, restaurants and a local bar and brewery. 

For groceries and toiletries, you can visit Cerettis Grocery or Howatt's Shell, both are about 5 minutes from the house, or you can visit Summerside which is a 20 minute drive.
